Terms of Booking:

  • Every client must attend a 1-1 intro session before they start any type of class, for mat classes these are 1/2 hour and for studio classes these are 1 hour

  • Payment for sessions must be made in advance in order to confirm your booking.

  • Intro or 1-1 sessions are refundable up to 48 hours in advance of your booking. After that time you will be able to move your session to any time that suits you in the future but you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • All efforts will be made to find you an alternative time within the half term of the session you miss or need to cancel.

  • If you cancel after the session has started you will not be eligible to move your session unless under the discretion of Kathryn (those who push this without respect for the studio as a business will be recommended another studio to use)

  • 1-1 sessions booked or a voucher for any type of session paid for in advance without confirming a date is fine, however that session must be taken up within 6 months of payment.

  • All studio classes must be booked as a block going with the school term dates. Mat classes must also be booked as a block, however in extenuating circumstances (such as shift working or other commitments) you may be able to pay per class, please discuss this with Kathryn.

  • If you decide not to continue with classes after you start your booked block of either mat or studio sessions you will not be able to receive a refund of classes not taken. Please discuss this with Kathryn if required.

  • If you book a block of 1-1 sessions and you do not use these within 6 months you will not be eligible for a refund of any unused sessions.

  • During Covid lockdown this was extended over those time periods, however all clients have been contacted in order to take up their paid for sessions when the studio was open in between lockdowns and afterwards, the 6 month rule applies for the total “out of lockdown” time and not replying to emails and messages is not evidence of not being aware of the studio reopening for classes.
