At Love Movement, we are on a mission to get everybody moving in the body they deserve to have.  No more wobbly centres, no more niggling pains, no more energy draining weakness.

We do this through:

  • Small group and 1-1 Studio (equipment) sessions at The Movement Garage, Hassocks

  • Personal Training involving both pilates and strength work either online or in person in the studio.
