• 15 Dynamic Strength sessions - I’ve suggested these are morning focussed but of course ideal at any time.

• 15 Mobility Flow sessions - nice to do in the evening to stretch and flow before bed, although also great for waking up with gently mobility in the morning.

• You will have access to these sessions forever, you are welcome to ask any questions you may have about the classes, moves, exercises and anything else.
