Spend the weekend connecting with the environment in beautiful green spaces and evenings under the stars, your body through movement and your soul through food and great company.

We will be staying in incredible luxury accommodation on the Lydhurst Estate near Warninglid, West Sussex.

The accommodation is beautifully designed and fitted out, with ample choice to suit your budget between sharing a bed, sharing a room or going all out luxury for the weekend with your own king or super-king bed and ensuite bathroom.

As Lydhurst has many accommodation options we are working on filling up 1 house before moving on to the next one (you can however move to another house if you’d prefer to be with others booking later than you once the next house has opened up), it’s a question of making sure we are efficient with the space we take up for best community feel and to keep costs down.

We are starting with the Mission House, a converted church meeting room and school house with 3 x King or Super-King double rooms and 1 “family” room with a Double bed and 2 single beds.

You can opt to share a bed with a friend if you’d like to keep costs down but still enjoy the luxury and get away from your normal life!

Prices range from £350 for a shared bed to £485 for single occupancy all out luxury for the whole weekend.

What will the weekend involve?

Arrive Friday evening for dinner and a welcome drink - something beautiful and interesting - meet your fellow connect retreaters and realise you can drop all your hassles at the door and the logistics of having to get here are over!

Saturday morning (optional) early morning run or walk through the woods and fields of this incredible estate - no roads, just greenery and forest bathing to refresh you and start your morning the right way.

Enjoy a communal breakfast of nourishing food and conversation then have an hour or so rest to enjoy the peace, or the togetherness whichever you need.

60 min Garuda Pilates session - in this class we’ll build up using the beautiful Garuda choreography to work and mobilise the whole body. You don’t need to have done it before to be able to enjoy moving your body and finding strength within.

Either side of lunch: Rest, relax, have a massage or a facial, maybe even a nap!

Lunch: plant based, delicious and gorgeously nutritious

Early Afternoon: strength workout - afternoon is a great time for your body to be working on building muscle and co-ordinating for good development, in this session we’ll be building foundations and helping increase awareness and understanding of your body and how you can move most effectively.

Late Afternoon - Wellbeing Talk from Josephine Cobb on women’s health and hormones - special talk about peri-menopause, menopause, what’s normal around periods and how what you eat can affect your response to your hormones. Dinner: talk and share stories, eat well.

After Dinner: we are going to have a mindful, connect session - this will be weather dependent so we’ll have to reveal all on the day!

Bed - have you checked out the beautiful bedrooms yet? Just imagine falling into those beds with no pressures or worries for the next morning - bliss!!

Sunday: early morning forest bathing either running or walking again

Breakfast and chill time

Pilates session - some new challenges, some exciting moves: you’ll feel wonderful again!

Rest, massage, lunch, facials, self-care and nap time if you want!

Strength and Conditioning session to really dial down what you are taking away from the weekend and send you off with purpose and renewed drive for what you can achieve.

Then we part company with lots of smiles and warm fuzzy feelings!

All movement sessions and additional choices like the early morning options, the Saturday evening mindful session and the women’s health and hormones talk on Saturday.

All food and snacks as catered for by our plant-based chef

Drinks on the Friday night

All tea, coffee, herbal teas and soft drinks.

what’s not included in the price?

You have the option to add on a facial, massage or other treatment to your day at any point you prefer with Lucinda Jones who will be giving treatments in a peaceful, secluded treatment room on the grounds - a wonderful treat for you on your special weekend. We will be releasing times for booking your treatment and prices nearer the time once we have more idea of all numbers.
