Don’t let summer allow your hard work to slip
Many of my clients talk with some despair about how they have worked hard through the year and the summer holidays signal a total change with life being more random, normal classes finishing and family commitments meaning they are unable to prioritise their own needs.
My “Strong Over Summer” programme is designed to support you online with personal attention, to build the right foundations, keep strong ongoing, and consolidate those gains in the Autumn.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
First FOUNDATION session: Starting anytime in mid-June - you will receive an intro session which you are able to access online on Youtube - in this session I’ll walk you through the foundations to strength, help you understand your own personal needs and get you breathing well and using your core and glutes correctly; these foundations are fundamental to moving well.
Work on your foundations over the next 4-5 weeks with the progressive programme given to you - each workout is maximum 15 mins long inc warm up.
You will also get access to a Facebook group in which you’ll find a weekly pilates mini session (15 mins) and a “peachy glutes” mini circuit (5 mins)
Next BUILD session: Mid-July filmed and able to access online as above - in this session I’ll walk you through how you build on the foundations you’ve already created and get strong for your everyday tasks and challenges as well as anything you want to go on to do.
Work on building your strength over the next 7 weeks with less learning and more focus on the progressive weekly workouts, easy to do at home or anywhere you are (I’ve done sessions on campsites, in hotels and in holiday homes all over the place!) and no more than 10-15 mins each with minimal to no equipment
Final COMPLETE session: Early September, filmed and able to access online - in this session I’ll get you able to move on to your next challenge. Get ready to run, get ready to move strong every day.
Join the Facebook group and receive a new workout each week in addition to the 1 workout per week you’ll already have in the programme - variety keeps you motivated and interested.
PLUS a 15 min pilates session AND a weekly mini glute/core strength workout - a 5 min blast each time.
Weekly Q&A - need help? Finding a move tricky? Got pain somewhere? Need some inspiration? Ask anything you want on one day each week.
Compare notes on workouts with others in the group, find a community of women muddling through the journey together.
On October I am holding a retreat at a beautiful location in Sussex, as a “Strong Over Summer” member you will have first refusal on a space at that retreat.
2 workouts each day, plus a morning wake up session (very optional!)
2 information sessions each day looking at eating psychology, nutrition for hormones including menopause and sleep
Add on extras of facial treatments, massage and 1-1 sessions
Amazing delicious food and snacks
Plenty of space and time to rest, relax and explore the natural and luxurious surroundings
